I get very tired easily these few days, due to some reasons which mainly are stress (that was induced by different problems) yeah or as someone said weak blood circulation...
I need a refreshing break or
meditation to clear my mind.
Especially when I cannot afford to sleep and wake and sleep and wake and go to sleep again every time, it wastes energy also XD
And I am going for job interview later, if I happen to get a job, I don't know it will help to de-stress or make me more stress but indeed it could solve some money factor.
So I am open to suggestions now haha, any activities for relaxation or for improving blood circulation (no pig liver please lol) would be appreciated.
